SHIPPING POLICY
I can cancel an order before it ships but once an item is in the mail I can no longer offer a 100% full refund.
I do not offer partial refunds. If the product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of the product, you have the option to either keep the item as is, or return it to me for a full refund, minus the cost for you to ship the item back to me. I offer free shipping on items shipped to you but not for returns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I accept returns up to 7 days after you receive the item you purchased to ensure the item works as intended. After 7 days the buyer assumes all responsibility for damage or loss of the item they purchased.
If the item is damaged at a later date, I can offer exchanges for certain items depending on the item and the level of damage. I may charge a fee for doing so. Fee's are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work I have to put into the replacement.
